great access to clearwater beach and nearby parks

the hotel is perfectly situated just a few steps from clearwater beach and less than a 5-minute walk to pier 60, making it easy for weekend strolls by the waterfront and enjoying the sunset. The staff was friendly and welcoming during my stay.

We loved the clean, spacious room with a fridge and microwave. Being a short walk to the beach was a huge bonus. The pool area is perfect for family fun, complete with tables and a grill for cookouts.

Nice, clean, comfortable place

The large double room was surprisingly spacious with two comfortable double beds and an effective air conditioning system that kept everything cool. The kitchenette, equipped with a fridge, was useful even though we didn't cook. The location was ideal, just a short walk to shops and restaurants, making it convenient to explore without needing a car.

we had a fantastic stay at rose motel! the pool and deck area was always clean and beautifully maintained. it's so close to shops, attractions, and restaurants, making everything within walking distance. the guaranteed parking spot was a huge plus. we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay.

We stayed for 2 nights in a cozy double room where the beds were super comfy, and we loved grilling by the pool. The only downside was the slightly outdated furniture, but it didn’t take away from our fun stay! 😊

Oh man, the local eats are fire! We hit up Cousins Maine Lobster for some legit seafood and Frenchy's South Beach Cafe for a summery vibe and fresh bites. Plus, the location's a winner—everything we needed was right around the corner, and the room had a solid fridge for midnight snacks!

But, hold up! The vibe was slightly off with a few maintenance slips—like a TV that was a diva and internet that played hide and seek. Also, no ice machine? C'mon!

I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere at Rose Motel, with its charming decor and clean grounds. The pool area was easily accessible, allowing me to relax by the water without any hassle. It felt welcoming for seniors like me.

Could use a few more comfortable seating options.
